The quality of the workmanship was top notch as was his attention to detail. In June 2013, I was looking for a contractor for a kitchen renovation project in my home. Construction Technology Services came highly recommended to me by a friend as an area contractor who does good work at a reasonable price. From the start, her recommendation held true as Construction Tech did an excellent job and completely met my expectations! The whole process, from planning to the final details was stress free which was comforting, especially since our project had to be completed in a relatively tight timeframe.

My primary contact at Construction Tech was company owner Ray Gamble, who seemed honest, competent, and very credible. I expressed my concern about the project’s tight timeframe, explaining that the work had to be completed by a certain date due to an upcoming wedding which was being held at my home. Mr. Gamble met with me beforehand to discuss logistics and other details of the project. His confident and empathetic nature was reassuring as he put my mind at ease with his explanations of how they were going to accomplish my request and meet our deadline. He was very approachable and made me feel comfortable with hiring his company to do the work.

I am happy to say, that not only did Construction Tech meet our deadline, they exceeded my expectations and also completed a few additional items I requested after the project started. I was really impressed with the final product and we received many compliments about our beautiful kitchen renovation from wedding guests. Mr Gamble and his team were professional, tidy, courteous, and obviously knew what they were doing! Further, Customer Satisfaction is obviously very important at Construction Tech as a company representative followed up asking for feedback after the project was completed. In addition to a wonderful finished product, they also managed to keep my kitchen functional by reconnecting the sink and stove at the end of each work day resulting in minimal disruption to our daily routines- preparing meals, etc. I was genuinely impressed with their workmanship and had a comfort level while they were working in my home. These guys were great and I continue to recommend them to others.

We purchased our new home from Monument Homes in early 2010 and were immediately impressed with the layout, details and quality craftsmanship with which our new home had been built. Since the home had already been constructed as a Quick Delivery Home when we first contracted to purchase it, we met and worked with Ray Gamble, the owner of the company, to make a few changes and additions before we went to closing and moved in. Being from Europe, we just like hardwood floors and so we exchanged the carpet on the second floor with the same beautiful site finished hardwood that had already been used on the entire first floor. We also requested a different front door, color changes to some of the built-in furniture, and several other things. Ray worked with us to accommodate all of our requests.

Additionally, we had Monument Homes design and finish our basement complete with an entertainment area, full bath, and a bedroom, according to our specifications. Ray and his team built the finished basement expediently so that it was completed prior to settlement, exactly like we had been thinking and dreaming about. It has become a wonderful additional living area which we much enjoy.

The whole process of negotiating, inspecting and eventually buying our new home, as well as the additional changes we made, has been really great and easy thanks to Ray’s involvement. He has been great to work with-- fair, professional, reliable and always focused on good quality craftsmanship. We also appreciated that the owner of the company was so personally involved and accessible for any of our many questions.

Now that we have been living in the house for a few years we have come to fully appreciate the benefits of his involvement and oversight. We also appreciate the attention to every detail and the quality of materials Monument Homes uses. We feel our new home purchase was worth every cent we spent on it and we are glad that we bought our new home from Monument. I can recommend Ray and Monument Homes unconditionally!

Ray helped us build our dream house in 2009. I can tell everyone that Ray is one of the most professional and responsible builders/contractors we've ever worked with. We have moved a lot and owned several properties in the past 10 years. Therefore, we've had the chance to work with many real estate agents, builders and contractors. We had a lot of unpleasant experiences dealing with construction-related professionals before we met Ray.

Ray is a guy who will go extra miles to help his clients. For example, he gave us the flexibility to hire our own flooring and kitchen countertop people so we could save some money. When our tile contractors made a mistake in installing the tiles in the wrong place, Ray offered to re-do his part free of charge so the entire thing could be fixed. When our own kitchen counterpart contractors did a crappy job and refused to re-do their work, it was Ray who called them up and persuaded them to fix the defects. Ray could have chosen to ignore the issues because those were not his responsibilities. But he went the extra mile to help us resolve our headaches. The house was built within 6 months from start to finish. The only delays that happened were due to our own contractors. Everything coordinated by Ray happened one after another without any gaps. We were so amazed by his efficiency, attitude and the quality of the craftsmanship.

Even after 4 years, we still call him for every question related to our house. We trust Ray totally for his recommendations and solutions.

About our experience building a new home with Monument Homes/ Construction Technology Services two years ago....I wish I had a day or two to list all the positive things I could say, but I know the following will help anyone looking for a builder and considering Construction Technology Services/Monument Homes.

After sixteen years in the same house, my wife Amy and I decided it was time for a new home. We looked at a few homebuilder new home communities as well as dozens of re-sale homes and eventually stumbled upon a builder who really impressed us. Furthermore, he had a house plan which we absolutely fell in love with!

We were initially hesitant to build new due to issues we had with our prior experience, but after talking extensively with company owner, Ray Gamble, about the process of building a custom home, we felt truly comfortable. He seemed like a caring person and one who was willing to go beyond what was required to put our minds at ease. We decided to move forward with building a new custom home thanks to Ray's involvement in helping us design a house to meet our needs, including allowing me to bring in some of my own vendors. He was very accommodating in this regard.

The rest is history! We had a terrific homebuilding experience! Amy and I cannot say enough good things about Ray and about Construction Tech and Monument Homes. Since our new home had so many custom details, Ray himself spent a lot of time on the jobsite overseeing things. He did such a wonderful job and we love our new home thanks to all the extra time he took to make it perfect! We feel Ray's desire to please the customer and his attention to detail represent the entire company's work ethic. He conducted himself knowledgeably and professionally, he listened to us as customers and truly cared, and he happily implemented changes we made along the way without issue.
